At this time, only online notary is being provided with a Texas Notary Stamp as application for Washington State Notary is being processed. (June 2025)

 

The State of Washington imposes limits on general notary fees 

 

All prices below are per 1 stamped document and 1 signer. Additional signers are $1 each:

 

Acknowledgments - $15

Certified Copies - $15

Jurats of Oaths and Affirmations - $15

Witnessing Safe Deposit Box Opening - $6

Other Notarial Acts - $15

 

Loan Signing Agent Services - Call for Quote

 

Online Notaries start at $25

 

Military, First Responders, and Teachers receive 20% off on documents needed for employment. 

 

Appointment Fees and Travel:

 

General mobile notary appointments include a travel fee of $25 for are code 98366

An additional fee of $0.67 per mile will be added outside of are code 98366

 

The mobile fee includes notarizing one document with one signer and mileage to the client's location. Appointments are billed in 15-minute increments. 

 

The travel fee must be paid prior to the appointment. It is not refundable if the appointment is canceled and the notary is actively traveling to the location. 

 

Payments:

 

Office appointments can be paid at the time of service.  Mobile service invoices will need to be paid by the due date.

 

  If additional services are added during the appointment, an invoice must be paid before the notary leaves. 

 

Accepted Forms of Identification:

 

A valid photo ID is considered an ID card issued by a Federal or State government agency that is not expired and contains a photograph and signature.

 

 Driver's License

 Concealed Carry License

 Identification Card

US Military Identification Card

US Passport

ID cards and resident alien ID cards issued by any of the US immigration Services

 

Can not accept the following forms of ID:

Social Security Cards

Work ID or Badge

Birth Certificates

Credit/Debit Cards

Foreign Issued Passports

 

Printing and Scanning Services:

 

If documents need to be printed and brought to the appointment, there is a $.45 per page fee. 

A flat rate of $15 for every 100 pages for scanning.
